Firestone Water Block Sealant is designed to provide a watertight seal when used in compression as specified in drains, scuppers, wall terminations and other system details. Surfaces on which Water Block Seal is to be applied must be clean, dry and free from loose parts of concrete, stone, mortar, foreign materials, and other contaminants. The Sealant is applied with a mastic gun at the specified location and put under a continuous compression.
