These 11 Gauge steel bottom brackets are made for garage door setups that have the cable drums on the outside of the end bearing plate, which is a setup that is only for low headroom setups. A standard garage door setup has the cable drums on the inside of the bearing plate. These install on the bottom panel of the garage door and have the cable attached to them.
