Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer Sealer. Gray. 13 oz. aerosol. An all purpose, high performance, water-based primer for interior and exterior residential, commercial and industrial applications. Has stain blocking resistance, fast dry and adhesion to glossy surfaces. Use with rich or dark topcoat colors to improve their hide and coverage. May be used under and over any oil or latex architec tural paint. Dried film is mold and mildew resistant. Sticks to all surfaces without sanding, seals uniformly, blocks stain, use with any topcoat, 5 years shelf life, etc.
